If this one works, then it will become the production version. I have a ton of work to do with content, but the colors and the functionality are where I wanted to have them for open testing. Please give it a whirl and let me know your thoughts. The FAQ is fairly comprehensive and will help you figure out most things. Most importantly, you can choose your view of threaded, hybrid or flat. For reference, this board is a hybrid variant. There is no such thing as a forum converter for Yuku. If we want to save things, we can either a) refer back here when needed or b) copy the stuff we want manually. I prefer a) for threads and b) for images. I plan to do work around the FARK forum especially to get those moved over.
Please explore the functionality and give me any constructive feedback you may have.
The reasons for the migration:
1. Yuku will cost us over 1k per year
2. I hate Yuku
3. We have TOTAL control over our forum and content.
4. We can now host your pictures (and you can put them in an album)
5. We can be more of a community and retain our identity as a forum
6. vBulletin is widely acclaimed as the best forum software around, free or otherwise. I hope that proves to be true.
