I note there is now a Ruth's Chris- I've never eaten at one. I assume it is pricy. Is it similar to Shula's? Where is it exactly?
One of my judge's loves the Regas, is that a better bet? I know Calhoun's - I've been there probably 25 times or more.

We are staying at the Marriott, which is the old Hyatt, I believe.

Are you bringing people who have never had a Knoxville deli before? If so then you must | #44 | ||

take them to a place where they can get a genuine Knoxville deli. The only place I can recommend is Gus's although I hold out hope that you can still get a
decent deli elsewhere in Knoxville. I'm not suggesting it for your big Saturday night dinner but you can't let them leave town without experiencing the
single greatest food item I've ever eaten in my life. It can't be adequately described; it has to be experienced in person. Take them to Gus's when
it's not busy, tell the preparers that you've brought in Knoxville deli virgins, and ask them to make SURE that they prepare the sandwiches to the best
of their ability. My guess is that your associates will be just like the group I brought up from Atlanta several years ago. That is, skeptical beforehand and
absolutely, completely blown away afterwards. And unable to talk about anything else from then on whenever the subject of Knoxville or Tennessee comes up.

those chili cheese fries are damn good. Take the 80 bucks you'll save and go buy a fleshlight and let the wife use it on you on the way home.
You'll be much happier. ( I ) Have the ability to call Mike Hamilton at any time and have him return my call- just as he is about to do TODAY with this Thigpen deal and my complaint.- AtlantaVol 1/30/09 I've already told you: the only way to a woman's heart is along the path of torment. I know none other as sure.

You could have a point there Tux!
After a few players are shown, Orgeron, UT offensive coordinator Jim Chaney and assistant coach David Reaves clearly aren't impressed by the talent level. "O.K., lemme back up," Orgeron says, without turning back to face the recruiting guys running the video from the back of the room. "We are at Tenn-uh-SEEEE! We wanna see TOP players." |

Be sure to call ahead for seating is limited and sometimes hard to get. It is a little pricy, but their food is great. Not big on steaks but they have
speciality items, fried green tomatoes, is a favorite. Trust me you will enjopy.........
